Description

Stoliv - with its camellias

Across from Perast, halfway between Kotor and Tivat, a small coastal town of Stoliv was erected in the XIV century. Tourists today are reluctant to visit because of the favorable airflow and mixing of coastal and continental winds, which is why it is very suitable as an air spa for rest and treatment of lung patients.

Donji Stoliv is located on the very seashore, and up to the Upper Stolica, as it once was, is reached by foot, by stone path, through the woods and olive groves. From Gornji Stoliva there is a beautiful view of almost the entire Boka Kotor Bay. Both places have more villas and holiday homes, and besides bathing tourists often enjoy riding boats, diving and fishing.

In the eighteenth century, sailors were transported by camels in Japan to Japan, and camels were held every spring in the Table of Flowers at a time when many gardens and gardens, not only in these places, are filled with its multicolored and enchanting flowers. In this place, otherwise, there are nearly 550 species of diverse evergreen and deciduous trees and other ornamental plants.
